Class Description
These sessions are a soft landing— an invitation to return to your body, to your breath, and to the still, intuitive knowing that rests beneath the overwhelm of new motherhood. With a focus on physical recovery, including core and pelvic floor support, and bonding with your baby. These sessions are rooted in my deep interest in women’s wellbeing and particularly matrescence— the emotional, physical, and spiritual rite of passage a woman experiences in transitioning to mother. It is a powerful shift and deserves to be honoured just as much as the birth itself. Through mindful movement, breath, and shared presence, I hope to offer space where you feel held—by the practice, by your body, and by community. Come tired, come curious, come exactly as you are. This space is for you."
