Women’s Workshops — Returning to the Wild Within

A series of nurturing and transformative workshops inspired by the powerful storytelling of Women Who Run With the Wolves, exploring the wisdom, strength and instinctive nature of the feminine. 

Through Yoni Yoga, breathwork, meditation, healing sounds and journaling, we create a safe and supportive space to slow down, listen inward and explore the stories and themes that shape our experience as women. 

Each workshop journeys through one of the sacred feminine archetypes, offering an opportunity to reflect, reconnect and rediscover the different parts of ourselves: 

• The Maiden / Initiate — beginnings, curiosity, innocence, discovery and stepping into your own path. 

• The Mother / Life-Giver — creation, nourishment, embodiment, abundance and the power to give life to ideas, relationships and dreams. 

• The Crone / Wise Woman — wisdom, intuition, transformation, boundaries and the deep knowing that comes with experience.
