Start your day with a beautiful 90-minute session of breathwork, yoga, and meditation — a calming blend to awaken your senses and ground your energy. Afterward, enjoy refreshing refreshments back at Shakti Space, where you can relax and connect with others in a peaceful setting.

Next, we head to the serene Arc Spa for a revitalising sauna experience with Arc’s expert facilitators will support you through this refreshing practice. Towels and toiletries are provided for your ease, tea and lounge room for ultimate relaxation in between sauna and cold dips.
