Solstice Gong Bath with Satu

Join us this Solstice for a deeply restorative evening of breathwork, sound healing, and reflection as we honour the turning point of the season and welcome in light, expansion, and renewal.

We’ll begin the evening with an opening breathwork practice led by Emma, designed to ground the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for intention setting as we transition into the energy of the Solstice.

You will then be gently guided into an immersive sound journey, where you will be bathed in the sounds of the gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, and percussion instruments. The resonance of the gongs helps to harmonise the body and mind, encouraging deep relaxation, inner stillness, and the potential for emotional and energetic release.

As the sound journey comes to a close, grounding instruments including shakers, rain sticks, bells, and chimes will help bring you back gently, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and reconnected.
