As the earth awakens from winter’s quiet embrace, we too are invited to soften, listen, and begin again. Join us at Shakti Space for a nourishing spring retreat designed to reconnect you with your natural rhythm and the gentle pulse of renewal that flows through all life.
Over four restorative days, we’ll plant S.E.E.D. – Stillness, Embodiment, Exploration, Dedication. — tending to body, heart, and spirit through movement, meditation, ritual, and connection with nature.

We begin by slowing down and arriving fully into presence. Through Yoga Nidra, meditation practices, and periods of silence, we invite deep rest, self-reflection, and compassionate awareness — creating space for what wishes to emerge.
