Over four restorative days, we’ll plant S.E.E.D. – Stillness, Embodiment, Exploration, Dedication. — tending to body, heart, and spirit through movement, meditation, ritual, and connection with nature.

We begin by slowing down and arriving fully into presence. Through Yoga Nidra, meditation practices, and periods of silence, we invite deep rest, self-reflection, and compassionate awareness — creating space for what wishes to emerge.
