Family Constellation

Family Constellation is a powerful group process that reveals and heals the hidden dynamics within families, relationships, and ancestral systems. In a workshop, one participant (the client) sets up a constellation by choosing representatives for their family members or aspects of their life. These representatives intuitively step into the roles and begin to experience the emotions, blockages, or unspoken loyalties carried across generations. Through gentle guidance, new perspectives emerge, unresolved entanglements are released, and love and balance can flow again.
