Through his meditation practice, Maximus found his inner stability, clarity of mind and the root of his issues. After discovering yoga, he became immersed in the practice, seeing how much it supported his meditation. After realising the impact of these practises he wanted to share and spread the simple tools he had discovered.

Max see’s yoga and meditation as an opportunity to explore our own limitations and discomforts in a mindful way, so that we may discover them and grow beyond them

Tracey believes yoga is an invitation for students to become more aware of the felt sense, to reconnect to our original nature and to give our senses a rest from constant bombardment, bringing the students back to a more harmonious inner state, as well as supporting strength and mobility.
Tracey holds a L3 Diploma in Hatha Yoga (200hrs) and is also qualified to teach Restorative, Yin and Chair Yoga. She has been teaching now for 2 years and in her past life worked for 3 decades in the City. After gaining her certification in 2022 she established Yoga classes to serve her community in Newham, where she was born, raised and still resides.
Tracey advocates for Yoga that is inclusive. That it is not about the aesthetic of a pose, but how it feels within for the student. Tracey’s Motto is “ You have no idea how powerful you truly are."

Anne loves to move. Her first love was dance, however the life of a dancer had taken a toll on Anne’s self-esteem, body image and mental health. Finding yoga, it offered a more loving environment where she could show up and appreciate what was already there and embrace it while flowing on the mat. It took her on a journey of self-love and self- healing and she now wants to offer the same to those who cross her path.
Anne studied dance and psychology in her bachelor’s and master’s degree and has been teaching yoga for 10+years. She is certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. Anne has taught in Chicago, the Netherlands and now in London. She is also a Lotus Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner, Channeler of Light Language, and Sound Healer. She is the foundress of Mind Body Shalo. A beautiful soul who shares her gifts and holds magical classes that are transformational for your mind, body, and soul.
Annes classes bring all walks of life together and are accessible to all. She makes sure everyone feels welcome, understanding that everybody’s body is different, and variations of poses will always be offered. Open heart, open mind.
